Accessibility and Facilities

Queuing

If you have difficulty queuing, please speak to a member of our volunteer team. They are on hand to provide information, assistance and a wheelchair chaperone service where needed.

Accessible Entrance

All entrances at Allianz Stadium offer level access for guests with accessibility requirements. Lifts and escalators are also available throughout the stadium to help guests move between levels.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking bays are available in the West Car Park, on the North Perimeter Road next to the send-out marquees, and in the Fanatics parking area next to Gate A.

If these spaces are unavailable, the Venue Operations team will assist Blue Badge holders with alternative parking arrangements within the stadium grounds.

Please note that the parking areas are approximately 100 metres from the stadium. Wheelchair users can access the stadium via the South entrance, which is approximately 150 metres away.

Changing Places Facility

Allianz Stadium has 70 wheelchair-accessible toilets located throughout the stadium, including at ground level, on wheelchair platforms and within hospitality areas. These toilets are accessed using a RADAR key. If you require access, please speak to a steward who will be happy to assist. Ambulatory accessible toilets are also available within the larger toilet blocks throughout the stadium, with priority access for guests with disabilities.

A fully accessible Changing Places facility is located on the concourse in the south-west corner of Allianz Stadium, next to the Rugby Store entrance/exit.

The facility is accessed using a RADAR key and includes an electric hoist, a height-adjustable changing table, a toilet and a washbasin.

Medical Equipment

If you have any Medical Equipment, please do not hesitate to contact the Heathrow event team or venue before the event; we can work together to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Medically necessary items can be brought into Allianz Stadium, but they must go through a thorough inspection at the search gates as part of the stadium’s entry checks.

All bags are searched, so please allow extra time to arrive, queue, and complete the screening process before entering. If you are bringing a bag, the stadium asks that it be no larger than A4 where possible.
